Stephen Brockman is a Graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas with a Bachelor's degree in French and Economics. Having spent a decade in the Food and Beverage Industry in nearly every role including busser, grocery clerk, server, bartender and Manager he now has a deep understanding of quality food, service, and safe operation. After earning his degree, he spent a couple years working in early childhood and high school education, only to find himself in the exciting eLearning sector reunited with his passion for the food and beverage industry. Stephen enjoys reading, movies, dining and travel with his wife and their 18 month old son. His favorite part of travel is, of course, experiencing the local fare wherever he visits.
