Every operation serving or selling food needs to have a food safety system in place that is designed specifically to guarantee the food being served is safe to eat. This specific food safety system is called HACCP for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point. HACCP is a system comprised of 7 principles that are to be applied to a written food safety program focusing on the food in your operation. This course aims to teach you the importance and use of all 7 principles in order to make you a safer, more effective food service employee. Course is a Four Hour Seat Time and Meets the Regulatory Requirement of Compliance with the 2005 FDA Code and the USDA Requirements for School District HACCP Plan Implementation.

We offer corporate billing accounts which will enable your corporation/organization to utilize a specific code for multiple employees and students that may need certification. By utilizing a corporate billing code, you will be charged at the end of each month either to a Purchase Order # or to a credit card of your choice.

Additionally, if you qualify for a quantity discount we can apply a discount percentage to your Corporate Billing Code. When your employees or students register for online training courses they will enter their corporate billing code and it will not be necessary for them to enter any of their credit card information. Corporate University Set Up

Using our existing course library and our Virtual University technology, we can provide your corporation with a fully hosted e-learning solution consisting of a learning management system to deliver our courses. Our virtual university will be branded with your company's logo and allow you to run training reports, assign courses and issue certificates. You can customize your university with corporate PDFs, specific courses and payment solutions.
