Idaho Food Safety State Requirements

Each food establishment shall have at least one employee in a supervisory position who is trained in food safety and sanitation and shall have food workers who are trained in food safety and sanitation which is commensurate to each food worker's responsibilities.

Certification Renewal -- Every 5 years. Some district health departments require renewal every 3 years.
