Ohio Food Safety
The Learn2Serve Food Safety Management Principles course has been approved by the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) for Level 2 Certification in Food Protection. This course will prepare individuals to pass an ANSI-CFP nationally accredited certification examination. You can take this examination through the National Restaurant Association(ServSafe®), Prometric®, and the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals®. After you have completed this course and the accredited exam, you will need to provide copies of your certifications to ODH to receive Ohio Certification.
If you have completed Level 2 Certification in Food Protection, you do NOT have to complete Level 1 Training.
