How to Become SNA Certified
- Renewal applications are mailed three months prior to the certification expiration date.
- Required continuing education units for re-certification are:

- Certified Members must maintain records of their continuing education units and will be required to verify these units when applying for re-certification.
- Applicants must complete the certification renewal form and sends it, along with payment and documentation of having earned the required number of continuing education units.
- Incomplete applications will be returned to Applicants.
- The renewal application, fee and required continuing education units must be received by the Applicants expiration date. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of certification.
- In order to pay the member rate at time of renewal, Applicants must maintain their membership during the entire three-year certification period. Otherwise, Applicants will be required to pay the non-member rate.
