Re-Certification

Renewal applications are mailed three months prior to the certification expiration date.
Required continuing education units for re-certification are:

Certified Members must maintain records of their continuing education units and will be required to verify these units when applying for re-certification.
Applicants must complete the certification renewal form and sends it, along with payment and documentation of having earned the required number of continuing education units.
Incomplete applications will be returned to Applicants.
The renewal application, fee and required continuing education units must be received by the Applicants expiration date. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of certification.
In order to pay the member rate at time of renewal, Applicants must maintain their membership during the entire three-year certification period. Otherwise, Applicants will be required to pay the non-member rate.
