The Cherokee County Food Handler's Safety course offers a basic review of safe and sanitary food handling practices for persons employed in the food service industry. This course is recommended for all food industry employees to assist them in implementing safe food handling practices at their establishment.
Cherokee County Texas Health Department recognizes and has approved this Learn2serve.com course as an acceptable means for satisfying their Food Handler's Safety requirements. After completing and passing the exam, students will gain access to a printable permanent certificate. Students will need to print two copies of the certificate. One copy should be kept for the student's personal record and the other should be given to the student's employer. The certificate expires three years from the date printed on the certificate.
