Description

Those designated as UST A/B Operators need to have adequate training to avoid and minimize the release of petroleum products at various sites. To stay in compliance with state and federal regulations, operator training must cover a wide variety of topics such as release detection, initial release response and abatement, TCEQ corrective action, waste management, and more. This online course is approved by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and allows students to train Class C employees upon successful completion of the course.

In order to provide the best possible learning experience, a combination of text, images, and narration is used. The course is broken down into 8 different chapters, each followed by a quiz. If the student answers a quiz question incorrectly, the application automatically redirects the student to the correct course information.
