Your online A.S.A.P. certification will take approximately 3 hours to complete. Students may log-in and log-out throughout the course as necessary. Although recommended, the course is not required to be completed in one sitting. At the end of the course, you will be prompted to take a final exam. You must score 70% to pass the exam. You will have 2 attempts to pass the final exam and if you don't, you'll have to take the course over again (free of charge), but we think you'll do just fine. Don't bother writing all of this down, we'll remind you about all the important fine print and details when you enroll and begin your course. Some questions frequently asked by our students include:

What are these annoying 'validation' questions?

Validation questions are questions we ask throughout the course to verify you are who you say you are. These required questions are asked during enrollment and, yes, we know the questions are not fool-proof, but they serve as a mechanism to keep you honest and on your toes. Besides if you have someone else take the course for you, you could be fined and jailed for lying to a State agency.

Will my computer work with this course?

Most all PC computers will work with this course as long as you have Internet access. Although other browsers sometimes work properly, we strongly suggest using the Internet Explorer browser to complete our course. What if I need help?

We've got you covered. A live 24-hour support center is available to take your calls, emails or chats. When will I get my certificate?

Once you've enrolled, completed the course, and passed the final exam with a 70% or more, you will have access to a customized printable certificate. This will serve as your permanent certificate of completion. Learn2Serve is the most widely used online alcohol safety certification program in the United States so our certificates are familiar to managers. It is a good idea to print two copies of your certificate. You will need to give one to your employer, and you should keep the other for your own personal records.

What if I lose my certificate?

At anytime during the validation period of the certificate, you may log in to www.learn2serve.com again and click on "Resume Course" to go to the end of the completed course and reprint your certificate. You will need to use the same username and password you originally used to take the course. If you have forgotten this information, please call Customer Service at (800)442-1149.

What if I don't have a printer?

You may take this course from any computer with Internet access. If the computer you have chosen to take the course on does not have a printer connected to it, you may still take the course on this computer. After you complete the course, go to www.learn2serve.com and login to your course again. Click on "Resume Course" to go to the end of the completed course and print your certificate.
