About this Course
The Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) stipulates that if you work at a retail food store, retail package store, or winery, designated as a responsible vendor you must complete responsible wine vendor training.
Our training course ensures you understand not only the laws for selling alcohol, but also that you understand the terms of the responsible vendor program. For instance, you’ll learn about the penalties for underage drinking, how to recognize when someone’s had too much to drink, and the application process for responsible vendors.
After you complete the lessons, you can take the final exam. To pass, you need to score at least 70%. Then, you’ll earn your certificate.

When does my course expire?
Your course will expire one (1) year after you purchase it (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.

What if I need a refund for my course?
If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:

- Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
- Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
